Services, Inc. is pleased to present our automated mold milling system known
as the ROBOMOLDER. Del Sol is proposing an individual milling cell
utilizing ABB robotics articulated arm technology. The six axes of motion
provide the dexterity to reach into and around complex contours to machine
sand casting impressions with the accuracy and efficiency that is required to
meet or exceed your casting requirements. This cell will be delivered with ABB
processing robot, spindle, tool changer configured for five cutting tools.
