The process:
1. Send us your solid model.
Based on the model and the requested services, we will provide a firm
quotation.
2. On approval to proceed, we will
rig the casting within your desired constraints.
3. If you select rigging service
only, we will provide a dimensioned pattern print specifying riser sizes,
types, configurations, etc.
4. If you request filling flow analysis,
you will receive a video file of the filling process and our analysis of the
flow.
